A journalist by profession, Joycellyn has firsthand experience of using childcare, as she has interviewed and sourced childcare for her own family, and has also written an ebook for parents who are looking for childcare: ‘The Working Parent’s Stress-Free Guide to Finding Good Childcare’.
Childcare Angels is committed to finding suitable childcare for parents – from nannies to childminders. In today’s current economic climate, felxibility is key and we know the importance of having good, reliable childcare that you can trust so that parents can have peace of mind to work.
All our carers are vetted by us, according to the standards set by the Association of Nanny Agencies, so we check all CRB records of childcarers – and we use the maximum method of checking, i.e. the Enhanced CRB check. We also conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates and check at least two references (on the telephone and in writing) before sending them to you to meet.
When you are a parent yourself, you know how hard it can be to leave your child in the hands of a total stranger, so we can ask potential candidates the questions we know parents need to know and only shortlist those candidates who meet OUR standards before you even hear about them.
